Purchasing a ticket for an event through any available channel provided by SIRA MUSICA, S.L.U. implies the establishment of a contractual relationship between the User and SIRA MUSICA, S.L.U., under which SIRA MUSICA, S.L.U. facilitates the sale and delivery of the ticket as a valid admission pass to the event.
SIRA MUSICA, S.L.U. offers Users the option to purchase tickets online through its website (www.siramusica.com), available 24/7.
Before completing a purchase, the User will receive all relevant price information, including applicable taxes, fees, and any additional charges. The User is responsible for providing accurate personal and payment details.
All Website content—including texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, software, and audiovisual materials—is the intellectual property of SIRA MUSICA, S.L.U. or third parties. No rights of exploitation are granted to the User.

SIRA MUSICA, S.L.U. is not responsible for event cancellations, delays, modifications, or any other issues related to the organizer. Complaints related to such matters should be directed to the event organizer.

SIRA MUSICA, S.L.U. will respond as soon as possible and within a maximum period of one month. Official consumer complaint forms are also available on request or via the official Consumer Organization website.
If any clause of these General Terms is declared null or ineffective, it will only affect the specific clause in question, and the remaining provisions will remain fully valid.
